Switchable FL Cutting Head

Application

The Switchable FL Cutting Head is mainly used in CO2 cutting machine for thin metal board and thick board, such as acrylic and wood. For thin metal board the focal lens with short FL will be inserted into the head while for the thick board the longer FL one will be inserted. The mount of the focal lens is drawer kind which is very easy to switch the lens.

Features

The popular drawer kind focal lens mount is employed for focal length switch. Operators just need to draw out the lens and insert another lens for cutting the thin board or thick board. The lens drawers are designed in a reasonable position so that the focal point of the lens are in the same location.
Built in cooling cycle around the focal lens has high efficiency in heat exchange with water or air as the exchange medium.
The precise guider holding the reflector and the lens drawers has a good concentricity of +/-0.1, which leading a fix focal point position after adjusting the lens height.
Gas jet is divided into Nozzles and Jet port. it is very easy to change the nozzles with screw. And the jet position could be adjusted in X/Y and Z(height) direction.
