反射相位延迟器
反射型相位延迟器用在激光谐振腔外偏折光线以产生和保持光的圆偏振态. 在激光材料加工应用中尤其是要求加工的一致性和准确性很高的情况下, 反射型相位延迟器的作用显得非常重要. 90度相位延迟器, 又称圆偏振器, 用在激光谐振腔外部将线偏振激光转化为圆偏振光. 零度相位延迟器保持激光的圆偏振态.
